Generate new webhook secret

PUT https://api.loopcrypto.xyz/api/v2/webhook/secret

Creates a new webhook secret in the system. A webhook secret is a unique string that is used to verify the authenticity of the webhook request. The secret is associated with the webhook and is used to verify the signature of the webhook request. Upon successful creation, returns the new webhook secret.
